These terms cover your use of Glueframe, a panel for Adobe Premiere Pro (the "Software"), made by NAAD VISUALS SRL, Bd. Dacia 10, 331086 Hunedoara, Romania (Trade Register J20/215/2024, CUI 49565938) ("we", "us"). By installing or buying Glueframe you agree to them.

1. Purchase

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, invoices and sales tax, and its own buyer terms apply to the payment.

2. License

• A license lets one person use the Software on up to 2 computers at the same time. You can move it by deactivating it on one computer and activating it on another.
• The license does not expire. It includes all updates to version 1 of the Software.
• You may use the Software for personal and commercial projects.
• You may not share, resell, sublicense or publish your license key or the Software, or try to bypass its licensing.

3. Trial

You can use the full Software free for 3 days on each computer. After that, a license key is needed to keep using it.

4. Updates and support

We fix bugs and keep the Software working with new Premiere Pro versions as far as we reasonably can, but Adobe can change Premiere at any time and we can't promise every future version will be supported. Support is by email.

5. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is". Save your projects and keep backups. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost work, lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

6. Ending the license

If you break these terms, your license ends and you must stop using the Software. If you get a refund, the license is disabled.

7. Third-party software

The Software includes FFmpeg (LGPL 2.1) and OpenCV.js (Apache 2.0), each under its own license. Adobe and Premiere Pro are trademarks of Adobe Inc.; Glueframe is not made or endorsed by Adobe.

8. Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live.
