Glueframe is made by NAAD VISUALS SRL, Bd. Dacia 10, 331086 Hunedoara, Romania (Trade Register J20/215/2024, CUI 49565938). We collect as little as we can. This page says what that is.
The panel
- Your footage and projects stay on your computer. Glueframe does all its work locally and never uploads video, frames or project files.
- Licensing. When you activate, check or deactivate a license, the panel sends your license key and your computer's name and operating system to Lemon Squeezy's license server. That is how a license is limited to 2 computers.
- Logs. The panel keeps an error log on your computer. It is only sent to us if you choose to email us a support report.
- There is no analytics, tracking or advertising in the panel.
Purchases
Lemon Squeezy processes payments as merchant of record. They collect your name, email, billing address and payment details, and share your name, email and order details with us so we can support you. See the Lemon Squeezy privacy policy.
If you write to us, we keep the conversation to help you. We send product emails (such as important updates) only to customers, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
This website
This site uses no cookies and no tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser) for security.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to support@glueframe.com. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
