Install

Install Glueframe
in 2 minutes.

Download Glueframe.zxp

Version 1.0.0 · 32 MB · 3-day free trial, no account, no card

  • macOS (Apple Silicon or Intel)
  • Premiere Pro 2026 (version 26 or newer)
  • Creative Cloud desktop app
  1. 1

    Quit Premiere Pro

Close Premiere before installing. Extensions are only picked up when it starts.

  2. 2

    Install the .zxp

A .zxp is Adobe's package for panels. Double-clicking it does nothing, so use one of these:

    Easiest

    ZXP Installer (free)

    1. Download ZXP Installer from aescripts and open it.
    2. Drag Glueframe.zxp from your Downloads folder into its window.
    3. Wait for "Installation successful".
    No extra app

    Adobe's own installer

    1. Open Terminal (Spotlight: ⌘ Space, type "Terminal").
    2. Paste this and press Return:
    "/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Desktop Common/RemoteComponents/UPI/UnifiedPluginInstallerAgent/UnifiedPluginInstallerAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/UnifiedPluginInstallerAgent" --install ~/Downloads/Glueframe.zxp

It's the installer that comes with Creative Cloud. It answers with "Installation Successful".

  3. 3

    Open it in Premiere

Start Premiere Pro and go to Window → Extensions → Glueframe. Dock the panel next to your Effect Controls, it stays there next time.

  4. 4

    Stick something

The 3-day trial starts on its own, every feature, no account. Mask your subject with Premiere's AI Object Mask, pick it in Glueframe, select your title and hit Attach.

Bought a license? You get the key by email from Lemon Squeezy (check Spam or Promotions if it's not in your inbox). In the panel, click Activate and paste it. One license works on 2 computers.

If something doesn't stick

Glueframe isn't under Window → Extensions

Check your version in Premiere Pro → About Premiere Pro: it needs version 26 (2026) or newer. Make sure the installer said it was successful, then quit and reopen Premiere completely.

The panel opens but it's blank or grey

This is a known Adobe issue with some installers. Quit Premiere, paste this in Terminal, press Return, and open Premiere again:

defaults write com.adobe.CSXS.11 PlayerDebugMode 1; defaults write com.adobe.CSXS.12 PlayerDebugMode 1

Installing with Adobe's own installer (step 2, second option) also avoids it.

macOS says a component "can't be opened"

Glueframe brings its own video reader. If macOS blocks it, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Allow Anyway, then reopen the panel.

I can't find my license key

Look in Spam or Promotions for an email from Lemon Squeezy, our reseller. You can also sign in at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders with the email you paid with: your order and license key are there. Still nothing? Write to support@glueframe.com.

Moving to a new Mac

In the panel on the old Mac click Deactivate, then install on the new one and activate with the same key. A license works on 2 computers at once.

How do I uninstall it?

In ZXP Installer, select Glueframe and click Remove. Or, with Adobe's installer:

"/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Desktop Common/RemoteComponents/UPI/UnifiedPluginInstallerAgent/UnifiedPluginInstallerAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/UnifiedPluginInstallerAgent" --remove "Glueframe"
Still stuck?

In the panel, click Support report. It saves a text file to your Desktop. Email it to support@glueframe.com and we'll get you sorted.
