Select one or more text, graphic or image layers above the clip.
Locks the frame on the subject by moving the source clip against its motion.
Keeps the subject centered by moving the source clip like a camera operator. Great for a 16:9 clip in a 9:16 sequence. Uses the X / Y chips above.

Select the clip, move the playhead, punch in. Move on, punch out (or punch in again with another zoom). Repeat as often as you like. Centered on the tracked subject, or the frame center.

Alt-drag the source clip onto the track above, select the copy, then blur. Only the tracked box is kept.

Where the app's UI covers your video. Add the guide on the top track while editing (turn it off for export), or check where the subject and selected layers go under the UI.
Scrub to a clear frame, mark the 4 screen corners, then select the replacement layer and pin it. Keeps the marked perspective.
